No additional documents (evidence/records) have to be submitted with the final financial report. Confirmation by signature is sufficient. However, the evidence must be made available upon request.

No later than one month after completion of the project, you must send Innosuisse a final scientific report and the financial reports. These are used for quality assurance, financial auditing and impact measurement.

Yes, the final financial report must be signed by both project partners. Digital documents must be signed using electronic signatures. Details on electronic signatures can be found here.
The implementation partner must complete and sign the “Contributions by the implementation partner” Excel document. The cover sheet and the second tab “Calculation of personnel costs” must be submitted.
The implementation partners’ contribution is based on the project budget set out in the subsidy contract and therefore remains unchanged in terms of the amount.
If the implementation partners do not contribute to the extent defined in the subsidy contract without providing adequate reasons/justification, Innosuisse’s funding may also be reduced accordingly, and where necessary funding that has already been granted may be claimed back.
