The Innosuisse coaches are an essential part of the Start-up Coaching programme. With their experience, knowledge and networks, they support entrepreneurs in founding and developing science-based start-ups.
Coaches are accredited by Innosuisse and can therefore offer their coaching services as part of the coaching programme. In total, there are three different types of coaches offering their support to start-ups.
Start-up Coaches
Start-up Coaches support the executive management and management team of a start-up across all important aspects regarding the founding and development of a company. To become an Innosuisse Start-up Coach, you must have a solid experience as the founder of a science-based start-up. Start-up Coaches support the start-ups during Initial Coaching and Core Coaching.
Scale-up Coaches
Scale-up Coaches support start-ups across all critical business matters during their growth phase. The main requirement to become a Scale-up Coach is to have relevant experience in scaling up a company. You must have held a key position (C-level, not consulting) and your activities must have led to significant growth with respect to employees and/or market share. Scale-up Coaches support start-ups during Scale-up Coaching.
Special Coaches
Special Coaches offer proven expertise in a specific area that is highly relevant for many science-based start-ups and scale-ups. These areas include topics such as financing, financial planning, intellectual property and regulatory affairs. Special Coaches only coach in their area of expertise and are active in both Core Coaching and Scale-up Coaching.
