Application form for a Basic Support voucher (mentoring for an initial assessment)

Analysis of your innovation project: By submitting this form, you are applying for a voucher for an analysis of your innovation proposal by an innovation mentor (Basic Support). The consultation covers a maximum of 10 hours and can be obtained within a maximum period of 12 months. Each voucher can be obtained once per innovation project, provided you have not already received a comparable support for it.

In clarifying whether your SME* meets the legal requirements for obtaining innovation mentoring services, we rely on your self-declaration below. We ask that you please make sure to fill this out truthfully. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact the individuals responsible for mentoring using the contact information provided on this website. We will be glad to help you.

*SME means: small or medium-sized enterprise, or a private or public organisation, company or institution in Switzerland with fewer than 250 full-time equivalents.

Secure communication
A few days after submitting your application, you will be notified in an official letter (decision) which will indicate whether the support service requested has been granted. This official document will be issued to you electronically. Based on the requirements for electronic communication with the authorities, the transmission will take place via a secure messaging platform (IncaMail from Swiss Post). You will receive an email with an invitation link to access your files in due course.
