Project reporting

GOGLOBAL_04_Projektreporting

As part of your Eurostars project, you will be required to submit reports. These will provide Eureka and Innosuisse with insights into the project’s progress.

Progress reports over the course of your project: every six months

Every six months, the main partner will need to send a progress report to the Eureka Secretariat. All partners will inform the main partner about the relevant project progress. Innosuisse will automatically have access to the progress reports.
> Guidelines for the submission of progress reports

Financial report

No submission of a financial report is required during the project period unless agreed to do so. For the submission of the final financial report, see point 5. Project conclusion and submission of the final report.

Project visit

Innosuisse plans to visit around 20 per cent of the Eurostars projects with Swiss participation. If possible, this will be done within the framework of a regular project meeting with the international partners in Switzerland. The project visit will be pre-announced and coordinated with the Swiss partners.

Requesting changes

If, due to unforeseen developments, changes to the project are required that affect all partners, the main partner will submit a change request to the Eureka Secretariat. This will be necessary, for example, in the case of project extensions.
> Guidelines for the submission of change requests

The Swiss project partners must inform Innosuisse in advance if there is a need to deviate substantially from agreed regulations, e.g. with regard to budgeted costs.
