The companies taking part in phase 1 of Scale-up Coaching are now known. The call for applications ran from July to September 2023 and saw a record number of 40 applications submitted.
After careful evaluation, 28 start-ups were selected to take part in phase 1 of the programme. Over the next eight to ten weeks, these start-ups will work with a team of coaches to conduct an in-depth analysis of their growth strategy. The aim will be to identify specific and systemic problems with a view to unlocking their full growth potential over the next two years.
The young companies will then present their growth strategy to a committee at a special Scale-up Award meeting. This presentation will be crucial if they are to move forward to phase 2 of the programme.
